Doha Forum is a global platform for dialogue, bringing together leaders in policy to discuss critical challenges facing our world, and to build innovative and action-driven networks.
Under the banner ‘Diplomacy, Dialogue, Diversity’, Doha Forum promotes the interchange of ideas and discourse towards policy making and action-oriented recommendations. In a world where borders are porous, our challenges and solutions are also interlinked.
At a time of rapid geopolitical change and systemic uncertainty, trust – the foundation of international cooperation – is being fundamentally redefined. Confidence in institutions, commitments, shared norms, and the global order can no longer be assumed, as shifting power dynamics, technological disruption, and the spread of misinformation reshape how trust is designed, demonstrated, and sustained across societies and borders.
Today’s challenge goes beyond disagreement between states. The norms that govern international engagement are evolving, with differing interpretations of sovereignty, security, and governance driving a more fragmented global landscape. As a result, cooperation is becoming harder - not only because of competing interests, but because of diverging understandings of the rules themselves.
At the same time, regional instability is reverberating across global systems – impacting energy markets, trade flows, supply chains, and economic stability. Trust, therefore, is no longer confined to diplomacy - it is systemic, with direct implications for global stability, resilience, and prosperity.
Yet this moment is not defined by erosion alone. Across regions, there are growing calls for greater accountability, inclusion, and effectiveness. Trust is not disappearing - it is being actively redefined.
Against this backdrop, the 24th edition of Doha Forum will take place on 5-6 December 2026 in Doha, Qatar, convening global leaders, policymakers, and experts on a neutral and trusted platform for dialogue and collaboration.
The Forum will explore how diplomacy, credible institutions, and innovative forms of cooperation can adapt - across areas such as geopolitics, technological transformation, global economic shifts, and international governance - bridging divides, reinforcing dialogue, and advancing pathways toward stability, coexistence, and shared prosperity.
